The EMEC NPED3 flow cell / sensor holder offers a bowl design, which is easy to remove, clean and maintain. A wall mount bracket is standard, with options for clear or black bowls to limit algae growth for outdoor installations. PR-4510 Display Programmer

The PR-4510 Display programmer is a communications interface used to program or modify parameters in system 4000 and 9000 series signal conditioning devices. It is detachable, and the operation of the base transmitter is independent of the PR-4510 programmer, so it is not necessary to keep the programmer attached if you do not wish to see the display variables. Configurations can be saved, and then downloaded to devices of the same type. The advanced menu features include simulation (manual over-ride) of input and output signals, calibration, and saving / downloading the configuration.

The LCD display has 4 lines featuring scrolling help text in 7 languages which guides the user effortlessly through all the configuration steps. Programming access can also be blocked by assigning a password. The password is saved in the device in order to ensure a high degree of protection against unauthorized modifications to the configuration.

EMEC NFIL/CA Activated Carbon Filter

The EMEC NFIL/CA activated carbon filter is designed for easy installation and maintenance. It comes standard with a replaceable filter cartridge which is also able to be easily cleaned and re-used and the bowl effortlessly is able to unscrew for maintenance on the filter cartridge. The filters are mainly recommended when using Amperometric sensors, to calibrate the zero Chlorine value for accurate measurement of free or total Chlorine. The housing can be wall-mounted and is also light enough to be installed in-line with pipes or tubing. If installed in-line the recommended tube size and type is 1/2″ PE (Polyethylene) tubing.

The filter bowl is transparent, and if you are experiencing algae growth which mainly occurs in outdoor sunny locations, a black bowl is available as an option. The tube fitting threads are standard 1/2″ male NPT on either side, and 1/2″ tube adaptors are included in the box. If another size of tubing is required any standard fitting can be used, or please contact us to include another size of tubing adaptor. This activated carbon filter is recommended to be installed after a water filter (for example the EMEC NFIL/60) to keep the cartridge free of debris that may be in the pipes or tubing of a water system.

The EMEC NFIL/60 water filter is designed for easy installation and maintenance. The RTC Panel Meter Cover is a Hard Plastic Cover that protects panel meters from water, knocks, and potential damage. It is sized to suit 1/8 DIN size panel meters and could also be used to protect instruments from other manufacturers, provided the size does not exceed 48 x 97 x 27mm (1.89″ x 3.82″ x 1.06″). The impact-resistant polycarbonate cover is lockable, NEMA 4 rated (IP67) when locked with the screw provided. The clear plastic enables perfect visibility of LED or LCD displays.

The PR Electronics model PR-5725 Frequency Panel Meter Display is an LED indicator offering flexibility with standard universal inputs, enabling a single unit to cover the majority of industrial applications. Multiple input features accommodate most industrial transmitter signals for Dry Contact, PNP, NPN, TTL, Tacho, Namur, and custom Voltage or Current ranges. The user-friendly programmability with on-screen scrolling instructions limits the need for reading manuals and is warrantied for 5 years. Options for mA re-transmission and/or 2 x programmable relay alarm outputs are also available.

The 4 x LED digits are 13.8 mm high, with a display range readout from -1999 to 9999 with a programmable decimal point and relay ON / OFF indication. A standard 1/8 DIN cut-out is required for panel mounting the display.

For installation, the rubber backing must be mounted between the panel cutout hole and the display front to obtain a protection degree of IP65 (type 4X). For extra protection in extreme environments, please use the RTC Slash Proof Cover which is an accessory.

RTC-LED UV LED Sterilization Tape Light

RealTech Control’s model RTC-LED UV LED Sterilization Light (Tape or Strip lighting) is used for disinfection and sterilization of surrounding air and water. Ultra-Violet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) is a disinfection method that uses short-wavelength ultra-violet C (or UV-C) light to kill or inactivate microorganisms by destroying nucleic acids and disrupting their DNA, leaving them unable to perform vital cellular functions.

It can kill germs up to an effective 99.9%, using UVA and UVC spectrum light rays. For information on the efficacy against COVID-19, click on this link to the research paper from the International Ultra Violet Association (IUVA). Simply wire the light strip into a +12Vdc power supply (option select available) for both the UVA and UVC wires. The 3M backing tape sticks to most surfaces, and the light strip can be cut to length by cutting in the marked areas of the power supply terminals. It comes with a 5 year warranty for constant LED strength light.

The RTC-LED UV LED sterilization light is low power and efficient, with LED lights requiring only 3W / meter at 12Vdc, which is 0.25A per meter from the 12Vdc power supply. If you are using your own power supply, a rating of 2A is recommended if using the full 5 meter light strip. The strips come in an optional 10M length, please contact us if you require this.

Please remember – do NOT look directly at the UV LED lights and it is recommended to mount them underneath counters, within seems of cabinets etc. or in places that cannot directly be seen by looking at the area. Alternately, use them at night for sterilization / sanitizing and switch them off during the day in areas of frequent use.
Some examples of uses:

Above work benches or tool bins. This would sanitize the work bench surfaces, bins and tools
The inside seams of control cabinets, to sanitize wiring / instrumentation inside the cabinet
In trunks and trailers of maintenance work vehicles, this can also be connected to the 12Vdc vehicle battery
Equipment storage sheds and locations
Countertops, shelving, and the soffit area (between roof and cupboard top)
Inside cupboards for example to sanitize cutlery and crockery
Underneath cupboard toe kick area (gap between cabinet and floor) to sanitize floor area
Places that are frequented by people for handling or touching items / social gatherings etc.

PR-4512 Bluetooth Communication Interface

The PR Electronics PR-4512 Bluetooth communication enables Bluetooth remote access and data logging on all your PR 4000 and PR 9000 series units. Just mount the PR-4512 on the front of the transmitter and install the PPS app on your smart device (iOS and Android). This enables live monitoring of your process data, event logging and easy programming of your device. The unit converts a wide array of sensors and analog device signals measured by PR Electronics transmitters like uni- and bipolar mA and voltage signals, potentiometer, Lin. R, RTD and TC, to a Modbus communication line signal.

All individual unit operating parameters can easily and quickly be configured by using the PPS app, or by using the front display menu. The easily readable PR-4512 Bluetooth communication interface can be used to read the process signal, simulate the output signal, indicate sensor errors and internal device errors.
