The EMEC NPED3 flow cell / sensor holder accommodates a single 3/4″ threaded electrode, and 2 x 12mm smooth body electrodes, ideal for Water Hardness, pH, ORP, and conductivity sensors. The EMEC NPED3 flow cell / sensor holder offers a bowl design, which is easy to remove, clean and maintain. A wall mount bracket is standard, with options for clear or black bowls to limit algae growth for outdoor installations. We are also able to customize the amount and size of threads to accommodate your specific probe mounting application and accommodate 1/2″, 3/4″ or 12mm smooth sensors. EMEC NFIL/CA Activated Carbon Filter

The EMEC NFIL/CA activated carbon filter is designed for easy installation and maintenance. It comes standard with a replaceable filter cartridge which is also able to be easily cleaned and re-used and the bowl effortlessly is able to unscrew for maintenance on the filter cartridge. The filters are mainly recommended when using Amperometric sensors, to calibrate the zero Chlorine value for accurate measurement of free or total Chlorine. The housing can be wall-mounted and is also light enough to be installed in-line with pipes or tubing. If installed in-line the recommended tube size and type is 1/2″ PE (Polyethylene) tubing.

The filter bowl is transparent, and if you are experiencing algae growth which mainly occurs in outdoor sunny locations, a black bowl is available as an option. The tube fitting threads are standard 1/2″ male NPT on either side, and 1/2″ tube adaptors are included in the box. If another size of tubing is required any standard fitting can be used, or please contact us to include another size of tubing adaptor. This activated carbon filter is recommended to be installed after a water filter (for example the EMEC NFIL/60) to keep the cartridge free of debris that may be in the pipes or tubing of a water system.

EMEC NFIL/60 Water Filter

The EMEC NFIL/60 water filter is designed for easy installation and maintenance. The filters are mainly recommended when using Amperometric sensors, to prevent flow cells from becoming clogged with debris or algae flowing in the pipes or tubing. They also prevent any debris from accumulating on the membranes of the sensors and can be used to protect any other water sensor example pH, ORP, Conductivity etc. The housing can be wall-mounted and is also light enough to be installed in-line with pipes or tubing. If installed in-line the recommended tube size is 1/2″ PE (Polyethylene) tubing.

EMEC PEF1ER Flow Cell for SCL Sensors

The EMEC PEF1ER flow cell accommodates EMEC SCL Series closed Amperometric sensors for Chlorine, Ozone, Bromine etc. It can also accomodate a PT100 temperature sensor for temperature compensation, or simply to display the temperature on any EMEC LDS PLUS series controller / analyzer. The PMMA Material is chemical resistant and see-through, facilitating ease of maintenance, and trouble shooting. The EMEC PEF1ER flow cell comes standard with a flow sensor, which illuminates when the flow is approximately 0.25GPM or 1 LPM. Also included are a pressure regulator, and flow regulator to manually set the amount of flow, as well as a built-in sample point for ease of taking water samples for 3rd party meters for calibration purposes. A de-bubbler vent (included) is installed at the top to reduce bubbles forming on the surface of the sensors.
